3D online Training Simulator & Expert Support

We intend to add the following functionalities the 3D model of industrial plants such as (http://www.canaportlng.com/popup-watch-tour.html):

1- 3D consequence modelling like fire & explosion from the LNG releases (we have agreement of Gexcon)

2- Process dynamic simulation. We have the dynamic simulation for jetty surge drum (we have agreement of RSI)

3- Operator avatars to perform the different actions such as changing the set point of a control loop and visualise the consequence of these action on dynamic simulation and/or CFD modelling (we have agreement of VRcontext and MM).

4- Tag the identified safety critical elements and link them to their performance standards and written schemes as shown for SCADA demo in (http://www.adepp.com/files/SCADAdemo.zip)

We intend to commercialise this product in three following mode:

- Customised 3D model of whole plant for the new projects. We will use the materials and studies that any modern EPC generate conventionally and all our functionalities.

- Generic 3D model of whole plant for the existing plants. Many existing plant don’t have any 3D models. We will provide a 3D model of the typical plants like LNG, FCC, FPSO, etc in the server with the “Second Life” style to be used by the similar plant anywhere.

- The Generic model above could be breakdown to the Modules and be sold with affordable price for the punctual needs of the plants.
